Upon joining us as a successful candidate, you will undergo comprehensive training through our Treo Academy during your first week. Our Co-Founder & Managing Partner, Aron Lomax, has authored the highly acclaimed real estate manual 'Life Cycle of a Deal,' which serves as a step-by-step guide for every aspect of the role. Moreover, we strongly believe in the value of mentoring as a continuous learning approach. Our managers conduct regular one-on-one sessions with their teams, and Aron provides monthly training sessions to ensure our agents are kept abreast of current trends and best practices in the real estate business.

Our official office hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with flexible scheduling available on weekends. While we do not micromanage our team, we encourage presence in the office during weekday mornings for administrative tasks and follow-ups. In the afternoons, you'll be engaged in fieldwork, meeting clients, conducting viewings, and securing properties in your area. Ultimately, you have control over your schedule and are responsible for managing your day. However, we emphasise that the more time and effort you invest, the closer you'll get to achieving both your personal goals and the company's objectives.

Our office is situated in a prime central location, just 10 minutes away from Dubai Marina, 10 minutes from the Mall of the Emirates, and 20 minutes from Downtown Dubai. This strategic positioning ensures that we are conveniently accessible and never far from where you need to be.

Yes, the earning potential for this position is uncapped and entirely tax-free. In Dubai, there are no limitations on how much you can earn, and you will never encounter any taxation on your income.

At Treo Homes, we look to have all agents to primarily be in Sales. We do consider Leasing as a valuable training ground and sets you up for the foundation of the role. However, we are committed to supporting you in transitioning to Sales as soon as both you and the company believe the time is right. There is no predetermined time limit for this transition. Ultimately, we look to start the transition to Sales as soon as you feel ready, as this is where we believe every agent should aim to be.

Your direct Manager will provide ongoing support by regularly reviewing your targets, goals, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) during scheduled one-on-one sessions. Additionally, your Manager will always be available for impromptu discussions and guidance. Furthermore, you will have monthly one-on-one meetings with your Manager and the team Managing Director to address any needs or concerns you may have regarding company support.
