Yes, obtaining a RERA licence is a prerequisite for brokers to legally operate in Dubai. The RERA examination is a standardised test consisting of multiple-choice questions with a strict time limit of one hour. At Treo Homes, our managerial staff provides comprehensive training to ensure our agents are well-prepared to successfully pass the examination.
You have the potential to start earning commission within your first month at Treo Homes but being realistic you need to have a financial plan (which we can give you guidance on) to take you through your first two or three months. Candidates must have sufficient savings to support themselves for this time (we advise living costs to be between AED 7,000-10,000 per month) to cover your flight tickets, accommodation, car hire costs, mobile phone contract, and living expenses. We will support you as far as possible with advice re accommodation options, opening a UAE bank account, sorting your mobile phone contract, car hire etc once you are here.
While it is possible to begin earning commission within your first month at Treo Homes, it is essential to have a financial plan to support yourself for the initial two to three months. No, Treo Homes does not provide a company car. However, we can assist you in arranging a favorable rental car deal once you arrive in Dubai.
