  • Talent Acquisition: Identify, source, and attract highly qualified real estate professionals to meet the company’s staffing needs, in alignment with HR policies and procedures.

  • Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and suitability for various positions within the company while ensuring compliance with HR standards.

  • Interviewing: Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments of candidates to ensure they align with the company’s culture and meet HR requirements.

  • HR Support: Provide support in various HR functions, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance.

  • Network Building: Develop and maintain a strong network within the real estate industry to stay current with market trends and identify potential candidates while adhering to HR regulations.

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with HR policies to attract top talent, both locally and internationally.

  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the real estate market trends and industry best practices to remain competitive, all while maintaining HR guidelines.


  • Previous recruitment and HR experience, preferably in the real estate industry.

  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, combining recruitment and HR expertise.

  • Strong networking abilities and an extensive professional network.

  • Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market is a plus.
