Talent Acquisition: Identify, source, and attract highly qualified real estate professionals to meet the company’s staffing needs, in alignment with HR policies and procedures.
Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and suitability for various positions within the company while ensuring compliance with HR standards.
Interviewing: Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments of candidates to ensure they align with the company’s culture and meet HR requirements.
HR Support: Provide support in various HR functions, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance.
Network Building: Develop and maintain a strong network within the real estate industry to stay current with market trends and identify potential candidates while adhering to HR regulations.
Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with HR policies to attract top talent, both locally and internationally.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the real estate market trends and industry best practices to remain competitive, all while maintaining HR guidelines.
Previous recruitment and HR experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, combining recruitment and HR expertise.
Strong networking abilities and an extensive professional network.
Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market is a plus.
