Loan Progression Officer
eMortgage is seeking a dedicated and experienced Loan Progression Officer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of loan applications. You will be responsible for organizing documents to package loan cases, following up with lenders for feedback, and maintaining clear communication with clients to guide them through the process.

- Data Entry: Accurately input and update information into our CRM to track the status of applications and ensure the ability to clearly reference back to information already provided.
- Document Organization: Organize and maintain comprehensive loan application files, ensuring that all necessary documents are in order and readily accessible for review.
- Case Packaging: Prepare and package loan applications as cleanly and detailed as possible to meet lender’s requirements.
- Lender Coordination: Act as a liaison between the clients and lenders, facilitating efficient communication. Regularly follow up with lenders to ensure applications continue to move forward and obtain clear feedback.
- Client Interaction: Communication with clients over the phone regarding requirements, missing information, and next steps in the loan application process. Address client issues promptly and professionally, including the Mortgage Advisor when required.
- Deadline Management: Keep track of application deadlines and ensure that applications are submitted in a timely manner, meeting lender and land department requirements.
- Previous mortgage experience, preferably in loan progression or conveyancing departments.
- Strong understanding of mortgage applications and lender’s policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills, adapting to the companies systems and policies.
