Town Square is a full-scale residential development that spans over 750 acres and offers 3,500 townhouses and 18,000 apartments, as well as 305 retail outlets. There are a variety of projects that bring convenience to residents.

The masterplan includes a shopping and dining districts, plazas, and green spaces. A deal has already been signed with Vida Hotels and Resorts to operate a hotel in the planned community. Nshama and Emaar Retail will also have Reel street cinema with state-of-the-art projection and audiovisual technologies as well as ergonomic seating.

The development will include outdoor gyms, skateparks, children’s playgrounds, green spaces and swimming pools. There will also be access to cycling tracks.

Town Square is located in Dubailand at the intersection of Al Qudra and Emirates Road with easy access to major Dubai landmarks which are only a 20 minutes’ drive away.

Town Square is divided into 14 sub-communities, some of which are still under development. There are eight apartment clusters - Rawda, Jenna, Una, Warda, Zahra, Zahra Breeze, Hayat Boulevard, and Safi - offering homes that range from studios to expansive five-bedroom units. The townhouses at Town Square are divided into six neighbourhoods - Naseem, Safi, Sama, Zahra, Hayat and Noor Townhouses - each of which offers a mix of two and three-bedroom townhouses in Town Square.

SCHOOLS
Jebel Ali School, which is accessible to students living in Town Square in around 13 minutes. The institute follows a British curriculum until students reach 9th grade and will be expected to accommodate students up through their senior year in 2023.

Some schools in the area are Fairgreen International School, which offers all two cycles of the IB curriculum. South View School is another option and offers British curriculum until eighth grade. Both of these schools are near Town Square and take about 15 minutes from there by commute.
HEALTHCARE
The closest medical clinic for residents in Town Square is Aster Clinic in the neighbouring community of Arabian Ranches, which is 10 minutes away by car. There is also a hospital near the community in the neighbouring Motor City, Emirates Hospital, only 14 minutes away via Al Qudra Road.
