Emirates Living is the first major residential community by the leading developer Emaar. It has a well planned infrastructure and all the amenities you’d expect from a modern development. There is a wide selection of properties, with luxury villas to smaller apartments.

Emirates Living Communities house more than 8,000 properties and the space spans over 52.2 million sq. ft. Emirates Living is a master project by Emaar. It consists of five residential communities:

1. Emirates Hills - Emirates Hills offers an extravagant lifestyle with amenities, which is why it's known as the Beverly Hills of Dubai. It offers luxurious residential properties and custom-built mansions with worldclass facilities.
