STEP 1

Viewings with clients will then be carried out at the property. Expect regular weekly calls from your broker providing you with viewing feedback and any offers made.

STEP 8

Once your broker has agreed the deal between yourself and the buyer, Form F (MoU) is signed and the designated conveyancing company will take over.
