We’re a relaxed, friendly team, the music is on and there’s plenty of chatting and good vibes as we’re friends in and out of work, but at the same time we’re ultimate professionals and have a true passion for everything we do. The Managers and Directors are always in the office and have a strict open-door policy to encourage their agents to come to them for support whenever needed. If you need some quiet time to work out a deal, we have plenty of meeting rooms you can use.

Of course - it’s our aim to get you where you’d like to be, so we commit to regular performance evaluation with rewards and promotions, and expect you to strive for clear career progression which we reward with promotions throughout the different commission packages - Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

Treo love any excuse to socialise, so we have individual and team incentives - when we hit company targets we arrange brunches, go karting, boat parties, bowling and anything else we can think of… recent individual incentive rewards have included Apple watches, staycations in 5* hotels, sky diving and F1 experiences.

If you like football you can join our Treo football team and for golfers we hold a quarterly Treo scramble golf day. We do a whole office call out and then have Pizza every Tuesday afternoon with cash prizes up for grabs! On a Friday we often wind down with after work drinks.
